Grassway Organics – Farm Store Flex

 

Grassway Organics is seeking a Farm Store employee to assist with regular operation of our on Farm Store.

This is an hourly position with ~30 hours per week, potentially 35 during the spring/summer season.

Location: East Troy, Wisconsin

Pay: $15/hour 

​

Job Duties:

• Operate cash register, processing customer purchases with excellent customer service.

• Ensure that the store is clean and presentable during operating hours.

• Ensure that all items are regularly stocked and presentable, with an emphasis on frozen meats and eggs.

• Fill customer’s containers in the milk room, as well as draining, cleaning and sanitizing milk tanks when needed.

Qualifications:

• 6 months+ experience working in a retail store or other customer service environment.

• Excellent customer service skills and communication.

• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

• Ability to work in various climate conditions. (Cooler/Freezer).
