Pasture-based and Certified Organic Meat
All of our farm-raised meats are pasture-based and fed certified organic feeds. They are available as a pre-order or as cuts in the Farm Store.
Pastured Poultry (Fryers)
Housed in open-bottom pens on grass. The bones are WHITE, not dark like store-bought chickens, and the meat is tender and juicy. Four to six pound carcass weight.
Pastured organic poultry products
Turkeys
Housed in open-bottom pens initially, then free-ranged on pasture when older. Wonderful texture and taste. 13 to 20 pound carcasses.
Pastured organic turkey products
Jersey Beef
Jersey beef is considered by some chefs to be better than traditional beef for tenderness and flavor. Carcass weights for bulk pre-order run around 500 to 550 pounds.
